Customer relationship management

Position in the organization:

You will be attached directly to your line manager, supervisor & production manager.

Main missions :

Your main mission is to generate the number of leads set by your direct superior, Team leader and validated by the quality unit;
Your leads will then have to be transformed into a sale by the confirmation cell;
Your objectives in terms of turnover (daily, weekly, monthly) will be communicated by your Team Leader.

The B to C salesperson's mission is to increase DIGISELL's turnover.
By bringing together products and services and target consumers.
In other words, you will be the ambassador of our brand in its market.

Veiller à l'amélioration permanente de la gestion de la qualité des leads générées par les générateurs de leads.
Élaborer des rapports journaliers, hebdomadaires et mensuels qui reflètent la situation de la qualité du traitement des générateurs de leads et de leurs processus.
Définir le contenu et le déroulement de la formation ainsi que l’accompagnement des nouvelles recrues durant la période d’intégration en étroite collaboration avec le Team Leader.
